Do you design logos independently from the rest of the brand identity?
Generally, no. A logo is just one component of a broader system. Separating it from other identity elements—such as colors, typography, and practical applications—weakens its long-term impact. I prefer to work on the entire identity to deliver a fully integrated and effective result, rather than just an aesthetically pleasing standalone graphic. Regarding design rights, upon the completion of all agreed-upon payments, the full ownership rights of the final design are transferred to you clearly and without any complications.
